From my astro sidewalk in Alameda, Jupiter is putting up some really great views. @ 225 thru 300x, there are white festoons and clouds in the Southern equatorial belt and a razor sharp black shadow transit in the Northern! Not sure which moon is the culprit but it sure is beautiful. Been sharing the view with neighbors. They know I only call them out when there is something cool to see :-)
