8/28 lunar eclipse at Chabot

Nice Report Michael. I got up and went to the roof top of our apartment building in Oakland, near Lake Merritt and watched for a while...as you mentioned, needed some zzz's for work, but it was stunning to watch the earth's shadow creep over the moon and see the different reds, if even only for 20 minutes or so.
