(A) Atmospheric conditions - the air seemed a little muddier toward the horizon as compared to Tuesday.
(B) Resetting my expectations higher. The first time I saw it I was expecting something tiny and barely visible. The spreading tail really surprised me. Now I knew what to expect and my "Wow!" wasn't that loud.
The comet got rave reviews also from my wife who saw it from San Jose. Lets hope for good weather tomorrow too.
