Transit of Mercury Underway

Dennis Beckley and I got great views of the transit through his 4" white filtered Tak and Coronado PST here in Benicia. Best views through the Tak were with a 13 Nagler, showing a large sunspot in the same fov. Mercury's disk was evident at that magnification. The PST image was only about 40X and the sunspot showed much less detail, but the PST showed 3 nice solar prominences that the filtered Tak image didn't give us.
