Sub-arc-minute seeing at Montebello

Barely. Neptune was definitely a disc last night, as were all the stars around it. An breeze blew the early clouds away, along with several chart pages. Mike, Andy, and I left at 11:30, just as the yellow Moon was rising over the Bay.
