It was clear and dark -- not sure I can tell you how dark -- as dark as SSP and Calstar, typically, maybe a nudge darker, but not a lot. Seeing was very good -- I didn't try anything less than 1 arcsec, but I got a super-clean split at around 220x of a slightly-uneven 1.3" pair that often gives me trouble at 300x. It was surprisingly warm -- I didn't use all my layers.
