Mars

On Saturday night/Sunday a.m. at 2:15 - 2:30 I took a look at Mars from my driveway with my C 9.25. It was still pretty low but the seeing was decent and I clearly saw a polar cap and Syrtis Major, which was well placed at the time. I think I saw the Hellas basin as well. This should be a good apparition. Its nice to see Mars at a northern declination for a change.
