IC443, IC444, Cr89, M35, NGC2158 NGC2168 and Sh2-247 widefield region in Halpha light

Here's another image from the Pentax 150mm Takkumar f/2.8 medium format lens (@ f/4) mounted to my ST10XME

http://www.narrowbandimaging.com/ic443_ha_pentax150_st10_page.htm

this was 6 exposures of 10 minutes through an AstroDon Halpha flter (6nm FWHM)

this region is full of all sorts of interesting things and there were more just outside the FOV that I just missed. It might be a good candidate for a mosaic

It was a tougher target than the others due to the two bright stars in the center. It was hard to go as deep as I would have liked due to them wanting to bloom

So I accepted moderate blooms and went with 10 minute subexposures instead of 15 minute subs as I have done on my other recent widefield shots.

I also shot [OIII] and [SII] in this region last night and made a tricolor. I am not sure if I like it yet or not. The colors are pretty way-out. I may post it later today if I get brave.
