SFAA City Star Party

Well, we messed up. Misread exactly where the location was, and ended up at the huge parking lot above the Cliff House, apparantly NOT reading the part, "You turn at Seal Rock Inn and go to the end of the road". So there we were, all by ourselves there since 4. Figured we had it wrong, but the parking lot was at "Lands End" and we had no idea where else to look for everyone. Same for the lecture.

So we got some food and hung around till dark, and setup our 8i at the back of that huge parking lot. This was our first time outside our small backyard and so we had fun from picking things to look at that we never could see here at home. Stayed till 10:30 and despite the huge error on our part, we still had fun.

Hopefully next time we'll hit the right locale and have a chance to meet everyone.
