Afaict, I was the only one up there with a telescope. A camping couple stopped by around sunset and commented on the fun they had the previous night at the public party.
The ranger also stopped by before sunset. I asked him to check the light at the shop which he did.
Very dry, major static electricity. Fog in the southwest, but not to the north. As I drove down I noticed a definite temp inversion.
I setup at the imagers ghetto, mainly cuz there was a stiff breeze up at the pads late in the afternoon. However, once it got dark the breeze was nil.
Darkness was good - however I got skunked by the moon at about 2:30am.
A vehicle drove up the main road, maybe around midnight... late-night parkers I'm presuming. There was a lone car at the SW lot when I left at 3:30am.
