It was by far the best view of Jupiter I've had in my 14 months of observing. Lot's of detail visible and rock steady views. Seeing was excellent through the clouds. I've observed this phenomenon before where there are some thin clouds and good seeing.
I used my XT10 with a 9mm Nagler and 2x barlow (267x). The seeing deteriorated somewhat around 11:45pm but still had it's moments of steady air.
Fun!
