FP - Behind the gate vs SW lot

Up at the Peak set up on a pad at the observatory next to Rich N. last night, the 100+ visitors attending the FPOA public night were awed by the views of Mars with my scope. I told them while they looking through the eyepiece of the beautiful Mars how this state's DPR is giving us such a raw deal and that we might not be around after Oct. 31st as volunteers providing these awesome telescope views along with the free educational astronomy lectures at the observatory. I continued with asking them to write their representatives to complain about our bad treatment by the state parks system.
