Lands End Sidewalk Astronomy

Just back in from Lands End Sidewalk Astronomy 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Monday morning. Excellent views, some folks who gave up after 3 hour wait at Chabot Saturday night joined us for looks throught the AP180EDT, 14.5 inch Litebox and a friend's 6-inch dob after they read our announcement or checked the Sidewalk Astronomers hotline. No wait, they could look as long as they wanted, ask as many questions as they wanted to ask. So it was a really nice night with about 50 folks and three telescopes.
