This was my first SSP. W-O-W! Carl Ching and I went up together Thursday and enjoyed the clear dark skies thru Saturday. Three nights of observing under some skies I hadn't seen since I was in the middle of the Pacific on board the U.S.S. Helena in the late 50's..

Compliments to all who worked hard on this star party. It was great. Your efforts are appreciated. Next year, I want to volunteer for something to help out this terrific event.

Speaking of next year!! What's the date? I gotta start planning already..
