Yup, CLP was not bad on Sat night. I had my wife and an old college-mate of mine in tow, we have a fun time with my 8" SCT (yes, that was me being noisy with the Autostar slewing).
I was showing my friend the ropes with my scope, in the hopes he'll get back into some stargazing. (We were astronomy majors back at university that diverted to computers as a career in the early 90s). I think I infected him the astro bug now. :)
Thanks to the gentleman set up next to me with the 12.5" Meade Dob for lending me his UO 20mm eyepiece and trying out his nebular filter.
