Sat night MB

To add just a little more to Casey observations, Io went tangent to Jupiter's edge about 1:30 am. With both the SUN and Jupiter's reflections on Io it became very bright for a moment. We got lucky there was a clear spot in the sky and thought we would take one more look.

So, I just the period of a few hour seeing one moon appear from the back side and another go across the face, we have learned how the moons rotate around Jupiter. Also, the RGS moves much faster than we thought. Hope someone was able to do some time lapse work, Jupiter put on a good show tonight.
