Leonids from Roseville

I went to Blue Canyon from 11:00 until about 3:00. I posted on SVAS that I saw around 100 meteors between 2 and 3, but my brother in law who was sitting next to me said he actually counted closer to 150-170 for that hour, which I think is a better estimate. I think that it was much better from Blue Canyon, the sky was much darker than from my house in Rocklin. It was well worth the drive for that one hour, but not anywhere near as good as last year, I thought.
