Last night was my first visit to Montebello, my first trip up there and my first remote CCD'ing experience. I was amazed at how much clearer the skies are up there - Richard Crisp had urged me to check it out (being that it's only 20 minutes from my home in Menlo Park) and I'm glad I took his advice.
The reason for my trip was to see Ikeya-Zhang, which I did along with David, James, Phil and Albert (nice meeting you guys, thanks for the advice and red flashlight ;-)
After some minor equipment issues (told you it was my first time packing up all that stuff), here is the last shot of the evening:
