For a Lassen target, try NGC 7008 (below). It's a classic. Enjoy your trip.

NGC 6905Planetary nebula in Delphinus. The Blue Flash Nebula is nestled between two stars, bright and fairly small. At 188x it appeared oval shape, slightly enlongated north to south. Could not detect any color. Surface brightness is mag. 10
Ngc 7039Open Cluster in Cygnus. Somewhat challenging to find, being that it is located in the milky way region. Round shape, fairly rich with nebulosity in the background.
NGC 7008Planetary nebula in Cygnus. This is an excellent showpiece, with a surface brightness of 11.8, makes it easy to find. Located using an imaginary straight line from Deneb to Alpha Cepheus, it is located right in the center. A very nice disc shape nebula with a faint central star that is very slightly off centered (central star?). On its border is a nice double star. Considerably brighter on the northern portion of the diffused disc.
mu CepheusAn orange (very orange) red giant star. To the south of that is IC 1396: Consist of a double star, could not see any nebulosity surrounding the star (possibly Olll?), however slewing back to mu Cepheus, a definite nebulosity can be seen reflecting off the orange star. Using a high power eyepiece darken the background sky, thus showing a brighter nebulosity.
NGC 6838 (M71)Globular cluster in Sagitta. A very easy find. No core was seen. At 188x, I could almost start to see individual stars on the medium concentration of stars.
Harvard 20Open cluster in Sagitta, located about one degree south of M71. Medium number of stars. Very enlongated.

NGC 6765Planetary nebula in Lyra. I guess it is a Olll nebula, even tried star hopping through the eyepiece using a mag. 9 star atlas. :-(
