NGC 5248(This object is in the Starrynights Shared Obs List)

Galaxy in Bootes, mag 10.3. fairly bright, circular. At 130X using adverted vision the core appeared to be a slightly diffused almost steller.

NGC 6229Mag 9.4 globular cluster in Hercules. The Dreyer description states this being as large, but to me after viewing globulars on the Messier list, I think object is small, very small. Condense core slight haze on the outer region. Could not define any individual stars.
NGC 6302Mag 9? planetary nebula in Scorpius. The Bug nebula, using the stinger a pointer stars, its located right in the center of Scorpius. It showed up very well considering it was in the light dome from Chico. Elongated east and west, brighter in the center. Using adverted vision (188X) short extensions could be seen on either side. Nice object.
NGC 6309Planetary nebula in Ophiuchus. A ring shape nebula, but at 188X using adverted vision a ring was not observable. Maybe a slight dimming toward the center.
Binary Stars (I'm a novice on this subject)
Beta ScorpiusThe northern most brighter star on the claws.

An easy split with any scope. A pair of orange stars mag. 2.6 and 4.9

Epsilon ScorpiusNice pair, a mag. 4.2 and 7.3 by tapping to scope north and east, I would take a wild guess a say the PA is 280-320 degrees. If anybody has a correction please let me know. It would be kindda fun. Thanks
