I would like to add that for me the highlights of Sat. night were observing 4 of the 6 Galaxies in Seyfert's Sextet with my 12.5" Truss, easily seeing the central star in M27 and great view of NGC 7332 m11.1v, SB 13.4 & 7339 m12.2v, SB 12.9 using my 8" SCT.
But by far the most striking sight of the weekend was the view of M17 through Ken's 18" with a barlowed 22m nagler and OIII filter. I have never seen that kind of lacey, tendrill like structure in the Swan before, looking at part of it was in fact reminisent of the Veil but much more consentrated, truly outstanding!
