We had good conditions at Anderson school, too (IBM ghetto). With most of the city behind us, the sky to the east and south was darker than at Houge Park, but not quite so as to show the Milky Way.
Saturn and Jupiter were superb, and we also showed such deep-sky material as the Pleiades, Orion stellar nursery, Andromeda Galaxy, and probably others (I was busy with Saturn).
It was a wonderful change from the disasterous seeing at Morrill Middle School last week.
