I was up at my home watching Leonids from 4 a.m. 'til 4:45 a.m. to see how strong the shower was. I counted 12 Leonids (mostly under mag. 0) and 1 fireball -- an orange-colored Taurid that was at least mag. -5 and streaked slowly a good 90° west to east (from Taurus to Ursa Major). I was disappointed with the Leonid shower.
