November 17, 2009: Atlantis Lift Off

I'm sitting at Chili's at the Tampa SW airport terminal, drinking a tall frozen margarita, watching CNN, waiting to board my flight home when a roar from the crowded terminal erupts, the CNN screen is on fire, and bartender points to the terminal window, and there's Atlantis lifting off in the distance to the east. Time 2:28 p.m. Sweet.
