Splish slash I was takin a bath

It kind of dried out around midnight, and the seeimg improved considerably in most of the sky, except for the south. I had a nice view of the Peanut Nebula in Gemini at around 375x, with the western lobe showing considerable brighter than the eastern. Also had a nice view of Thor's Helmet in the binoviewer, with an OIII and the 30mm Rinis. M81 also looked pretty good, with some structure visible in the binoviewer. I also viewed NGC3771, which loked pretty awful, though NGC3775 was clearly visible.

It was fun being out again anyway, and great to see folks I had not seen for awhile.

The binoview of M42 was mostly disappointing, even after 1 a.m., though it had begun by then to show some good 3D.
