About ten minutes into my watch I saw a huge green and red fireball fall out of Orion and leave a beautiful cinder trail. This ended up being the high point of the night and I called it quits around 3:30.
I saw that one too. Beautiful! Definitely the high point of an otherwise mediocre shower by last year's standard. Too bad another leonids like 2001 won't be around in my lifetime.
